The Woman behind the Vision
Sylwia is the kind of person who sees possibility where others might simply see a conversation.

With over 10 years of experience across mental health, business development and community-focused work in the UK and Australia, she brings together strategic thinking with a deeply human understanding of what people need to feel connected, supported and able to move forward.
​
As Founder and CEO of PWOW, her role stretches far beyond leading the organisation. She develops partnerships, creates new projects, works on funding and governance, connects people and organisations — and keeps asking one important question:

Her strength lies in turning ideas into action. A conversation can become a partnership. A need within the community can become a project. And a simple idea can grow into something that brings women together.

Kamila brings strategic thinking and a commercial perspective to PWOW, turning ideas into clear plans and practical systems.
