This website is operated by POLISH WOMEN OF WALES CIC (“PWOW”, “we”, “us”).
We are a community interest company registered in England and Wales under company number 17247253.

We work to create connections, opportunities and community for Polish women in Wales.

2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not interfere with its operation, submit misleading or abusive content, or use material from it in a way that infringes anyone's rights.
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but events, projects and website content may change. If you need to rely on particular details, please contact us.

3. Enquiries and getting involved
You can use our forms to ask a question or express interest in getting involved. Submitting a form does not create membership, a volunteer role, a partnership or a commitment from PWOW. We will contact you about your enquiry and explain any next steps.

4. Events and external links
Some event links take you to Eventbrite. Any booking, ticket payment, cancellation or refund is handled under the terms shown for that event on Eventbrite. Please check those terms before booking. External websites, including Eventbrite, Facebook and Instagram, have their own terms and privacy notices.

5. Donations
Donations to PWOW are voluntary and support our community activities. PWOW is a CIC, not a registered charity, and donations to us are not eligible for Gift Aid.
As a general rule, donations are not refundable. If you made a payment in error, for example you entered the wrong amount or paid twice, email hello@pwow.co.uk with the date, amount and enough information to locate the transaction. We will consider the circumstances individually and arrange a refund where appropriate. Please do not email us full card details.

6. Photography at events
We may take photographs and videos at PWOW events for our website, social media and records of our projects. We will give attendees notice during registration and at the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please tell an organiser before or during the event. If a published image concerns you, contact hello@pwow.co.uk
We obtain separate permission from a parent or guardian before photographing and publishing identifiable images of children.

7. Website content
Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, images and other content on this website belong to PWOW or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages. Please ask before reproducing our content elsewhere.

8. Liability and changes
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it. We are not responsible for the content or operation of external websites. We may update these terms as our activities and website change; the date above shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
